[ He looks down at his hands. He always assumed that he was an unforgiving person. In some ways, he is...yet...he closes eyes for a moment, before reopening them again. ]
Or, maybe it isn't so strange. I've kept notes about the profiles, just in case, or about the personality, if I didn't know the individual so well.
Still, it's incredibly thoughtful of you. Not everyone can remain consistent. We'll need to be diligent to make sure everyone can leave in tact.
