First, a loop at one end, like this. Pull the end through gently, like tying a knot--
Then you fold the long portion over... And just rotate, in a pentagon, allll the way until the end, here...
Tuck that little end into the pocket it makes, just make sure it's snug. And then you just pinch those corners, very lightly, just enough to make them pop.
